Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 17, 2026
Our commitment
ZaZang is committed to providing a website and booking experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
Current status
ZaZang has not yet completed an independent, comprehensive accessibility audit. Accordingly, we do not currently claim full WCAG conformance. Accessibility is part of our ongoing design, development, testing, and remediation work.
Measures we take
- Semantic page structure, descriptive labels, and keyboard-operable controls
- Visible keyboard focus indicators and appropriately sized interactive targets
- Text and interface color contrast designed for readability
- Reduced-motion support for decorative animation
- Alternative text or decorative treatment for meaningful and non-meaningful images
- Ongoing automated checks, manual review, and remediation during product development
Known limitations
Some user-provided media, third-party payment interfaces, embedded content, or older portions of the platform may not yet provide an equivalent experience in every assistive-technology combination. We are working to identify and correct barriers. If a feature is not accessible to you, please contact us so we can assist and, where possible, provide the information or service in an alternative format.
Accessibility help and feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help completing a task, email zazangapp@gmail.com. Please include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, if you are comfortable sharing it. We will review the issue and work with you on an accessible solution.
This statement describes ZaZang’s accessibility efforts and is not a guarantee that every feature will work with every assistive technology or configuration.
