Client Terms, version 1.0, effective September 29, 2026
These Client Terms apply to anyone who uses ZaZang to request or book services. They add to the Terms of Service, which also apply to you, and are an agreement between you and ZaZang LLC.
ZaZang is not a booking agent. ZaZang is 100% technology: the performer you book is an independent service provider, and the services are provided by the performer, not ZaZang.
By submitting this booking, I acknowledge that the selected performer is an independent service provider and that the entertainment services will be provided by the performer, not ZaZang. I agree to ZaZang's Terms of Service, Booking Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Client account and to request, confirm or pay for bookings.
2. Booking requests
Browsing talent and requesting quotes is free. You are responsible for providing accurate event details, services, equipment and requirements in your request.
Sending this request does not by itself create a confirmed booking. Your booking becomes confirmed only after the required Talent acceptance and payment conditions displayed by ZaZang are completed.
I confirm that the event details, services, equipment and requirements contained in this request are accurate.
3. Quotes, negotiation and confirming rates
You may accept, decline or negotiate a quote with a counter-offer. When the rate is agreed you confirm with a card on file; nothing is charged at that point. When the Talent gives final confirmation, the 48-hour free cancellation window opens.
4. When your booking is confirmed
Your booking is confirmed only after the Talent has accepted it and you have paid the 50% booking retainer. Until then it is pending. Once it is confirmed, you and the Talent each receive a booking confirmation with its material terms.
5. Payments
- ZaZang booking fee: $29.99 for 1 to 3 performers booked for one event, $39.98 for 4 and $49.97 for 5. It is charged to your card on file when the 48-hour cancellation window closes.
- Booking retainer: 50% of the agreed rate for each performer, invoiced after you and the Talent sign the booking contract. The retainer compensates the performer for reserving the date and declining other work.
- Final balance: the remaining 50%, due 48 hours before the event starts.
- There is no card service fee on the booking fee, retainer or final balance.
Your retainer and final payment are held by ZaZang’s payment processor until the event completes. They are released to the Talent when you confirm completion, or 24 hours after the event ends unless you use Report a problem, which puts the payment on hold while ZaZang reviews your report. ZaZang is not a bank, does not hold funds in escrow and does not guarantee refunds.
Your lawful rights with your card issuer are not eliminated by these terms. If you open a chargeback, ZaZang may temporarily restrict relevant account activity while the transaction is investigated and may provide the payment processor with the booking records, acceptance records, communications and transaction documentation. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account restrictions consistent with applicable law and ZaZang's Terms.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You may withdraw a request before the rate is confirmed, and you may cancel free of charge during the 48-hour cancellation window; nothing is charged. After the window closes there is no self-serve cancellation: contact ZaZang support, and staff review each cancellation and refund request case by case. The ZaZang booking fee is not refunded except where ZaZang staff decide otherwise, for example when the performer caused the booking to fail. See the Booking & Cancellation Policy.
7. Your event, venue and safety
Clients should provide safe access, appropriate venue conditions and required permissions. You are responsible for conditions and actions within your control, including venue rules, electrical requirements, crowd conditions, weather arrangements for outdoor events, and equipment placement.
ZaZang does not serve or control alcohol and is not responsible for alcohol service, intoxicated attendees, security, crowd management or venue operations. Treat performers with respect: harassment, threats and unsafe conditions are not permitted, and performers may decline to perform in materially unsafe conditions. See the Safety & Conduct Policy.
8. Communication
Keep booking details and material changes within ZaZang so both parties have an accurate record of the agreement.
Direct messaging with the Talent opens once your booking retainer is paid. Arrangements made outside ZaZang are not covered by the booking record, contract, payment functionality or support.
9. Reviews
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with the booking. Do not submit false, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, private or unrelated content.
10. Problems with a booking
Provide accurate information and any available supporting documentation. ZaZang may request information from both parties when reviewing a booking issue.
If an immediate threat to health or safety exists, contact local emergency services before contacting ZaZang support.
