Community Standards & Acceptable Use

Version 1.0Effective September 29, 2026

Draft — pending counsel review. This version has not yet been reviewed by counsel.

These Community Standards apply to everyone who uses ZaZang: Clients, Talent and visitors. They form part of the Terms of Service. Performers can enter private homes, hotel rooms, venues and other non-public environments, so both sides have conduct obligations.

1. Treat people with respect

  • No harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking or abusive behavior, on the Platform or at an event.
  • No inappropriate conduct toward performers, clients, guests or venue staff.
  • No discrimination against other users in marketplace participation or booking decisions on any basis prohibited by applicable law.

2. Stay lawful and safe

  • No weapons that are unlawful or that threaten or endanger anyone.
  • No illegal activity, and no use of the Platform to arrange illegal services.
  • No fraud, scams, fake accounts, impersonation or false booking requests.

See the Safety & Conduct Policy for event safety responsibilities.

3. Keep information honest

Profiles, capabilities, equipment, rates, availability, event details and booking requests must be accurate. Do not describe yourself or others with designations such as "certified", "licensed", "insured", "background checked" or "ZaZang approved" unless they are true and you can support them; being approved to list on ZaZang is not a verification.

4. Content you upload

By uploading content, you confirm that you own the content or have the rights and permissions necessary to display it through ZaZang.

Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, violent or threatening, or that shares another person’s private information without permission. Copyright complaints are handled under the Copyright & DMCA Policy.

5. Messaging

Keep booking details and material changes within ZaZang so both parties have an accurate record of the agreement.

Do not use messaging for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud or abusive behavior, and do not use it to move a booking or its payment off the Platform.

6. Reviews

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with the booking. Do not submit false, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, private or unrelated content.

Fake, retaliatory, defamatory or manipulated reviews are prohibited, including reviews offered or requested in exchange for payment or other benefits. ZaZang moderates reviews before they are published.

7. Platform integrity

  • Do not interfere with, probe or overload the Platform or its security.
  • Do not scrape or copy profiles, content or data from the Platform.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to evade a restriction.
  • Do not abuse cancellation, refund, problem-report or chargeback processes.

8. Reporting and enforcement

Report a problem with a booking from the booking page, or contact ZaZang through the Contact and Support page. If an immediate threat to health or safety exists, contact local emergency services first.

ZaZang may remove content and may warn, restrict, suspend or remove accounts that break these standards, and may act for legitimate safety or policy concerns.
